Cara is a freelance journalist and the content manager at Blue Apron. She has experience in multimedia production, editorial planning, and web publishing, as well as food writing, photography, and recipe development. She is the co-author of In the Small Kitchen (William Morrow, May 2011) and the co-founder of Big Girls, Small Kitchen and Small Kitchen College. A graduate of Harvard College with a degree in literature, she holds a master of arts in journalism from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
Cara grew up in Riverdale, New York and lives in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.
